Then we'll be teaching, dancing and my favorite.. choreographing.
Then the trip continues to Amsterdam. "coffee" shops, bike riding and relaxing...
next stop may be London. London doesn't really call me to it so I'm not quite sure if it warrants a visit. but there is always Big Ben..
.. then France. a short day visit to Paris. I have to at least see the Eiffel Tower. then off I go to Italy. where the real fun begins. Or should I say eating..
I'll be staying in Milan for about four days with my good friend Nina. eating lots of carbs. lots. also known as pasta and bread.
she said there's really not much to do in Milan but hey, if the opportunity knocks to stay for free, why not?
there is also a dance workshop going on there with one of the nyc teachers that I often train with so that should be fun to attend.
Then I head down to Florence for a couple of days. Then Rome for a decent chunk of time. sightseeing, eating and tapping into my Italian roots...
.. Then I fly over to Spain. first stop in Espana: outside of Barcelona. my brit buddy Lem told me about a little beach town called Castdelfels. cheaper to stay in then Barcelona yet only 20 minutes or so from the city. I'll take it! I presume I'll be wanting some relaxing beach time after all that traveling.
Then I head in to Madrid and stay there for a while. Both touristy Toledo and Segovia are right outside Madrid. I read they make nice day trips so that I will do!
Rounding out the trip may be a brief stop in Seville. Home of authentic Flamenco and bullfighting.
Finally. the last stop. Portugal. Lisbon to be exact. I'll then tap into my Portuguese roots along with some sightseeing and then fly home to the States.
let the adventures begin!!
